This warranty applies under conditions of intended use and is exclusive of equipment subjected to: Failure to follow recommended assembly and service procedures, Lack of proper maintenance, excessive duty cycle, exposure to the elements, shipping damage and modification not authorized by Prestaflator. What makes this a 2-in-1 pump head?

It works with both Presta and CLIK valve® using the same head. Turn the selector cap 90° to change modes—there is no need to remove the head from your pump or swap inserts.

How do I switch between Presta and CLIK valve®?

Before connecting to the tire valve, turn the cap to the appropriate marked position: P for Presta or C for CLIK valve®. The selector moves a quarter-turn between the two settings.

Does it activate CLIK valve® correctly?

Yes. In C mode, a dedicated activation pin engages the top of the CLIK valve® to open it for inflation. This provides valve-specific engagement, rather than simply fitting a Presta head over a different valve.

How do I use it with Presta valves?

Select P and open the Presta valve’s tip nut. Push the head onto the valve until securely connected, then inflate. Press the release cap to disconnect and close the valve’s tip nut.

How do I use it with CLIK valve®?

Select C, push the head onto the CLIK valve®, and inflate. The head’s activation pin opens the valve during use. Press the release cap to disconnect. There is no Presta-style tip nut to open or close.

Do I need to convert all my bikes to CLIK valve®?

No. You can keep Presta on some bikes and use CLIK valve® on others. The 2-in-1 head lets your compatible pump serve both.

Will it fit my floor pump or Prestaflator?

The head uses a standard Schrader-thread connection for compatible floor pumps and Prestaflator inflation tools, including compatible Prestaflator PRO models. It is not intended for the Prestaflator ECO.

For floor pumps that cannot connect directly, a hose adapter is sold separately or available in a bundle with the head. Confirm hose compatibility before cutting or modifying your pump.

Does it also inflate Schrader tires?

No. The two tire-valve modes are Presta and CLIK valve®. The Schrader-thread connection attaches the head to a compatible pump; it does not add a Schrader tire-valve mode.

Does air escape from the tire when I remove it?

The push-button release provides a no-loss disconnect on both supported valve types, preserving tire pressure when the head is released.

Is it suitable for tubeless setups?

Yes, when the tubeless valve uses a compatible Presta or CLIK valve® interface. Select the matching mode before connecting.

How much exposed Presta valve does it need?

Presta mode requires 10 mm of exposed Presta valve for connection.

Can I connect it directly to an air compressor?

No. This is a pump head, not a complete compressor inflation tool. It does not use a 1/4-inch compressor fitting. For compressor use, connect it through a compatible Prestaflator inflation tool.

What is the maximum pressure?

The maximum rated pressure is 120 PSI. Always follow the lowest applicable pressure limit of the head, tire, rim, pump, and inflation tool.

Are replacement seals available?

Yes. Prestacycle Replacement Seal Kit SKU 92269 is available separately.
